So, I turned 41 last Friday. And I recently got my driver's license renewed. And while the years keep marching on, my picture and weight info on my DL keep staying the same. On it, I am very perky and have short hair and I weigh 130 pounds. ONE HUNDRED THIRTY POUNDS, people! I guess that license was originally created about 20 years ago, because that is when I last weighed 130 pounds.
I'm going to try this:
It is the Steve Ward Diet, and it really is just a way to chart your weight and then adjust eating and exercise accordingly. You move from your current weight to your goal weight in your own time. My goal is to lose 10 pounds at first. I want to be a bit lighter and leaner and take some pressure off my poor hips. And maybe make it easier to hoist myself up a pole.
I will NOT try to get back to 130 pounds. That is crazy-talk, and come on, was I REALLY that weight? EVER?
Now, I need to find some graph paper...
